The formula for the success of Molwin Construction we believe is that we only traditionally build houses as this is our considered area of expertise which has been proven by the construction of over four hundred and fifty houses and rising since its formation.

These houses have all to date been traditionally built using locally employed and sub contracted tradesman, many of which have remained in our employment for many years.

This continuity of employment has been maintained throughout the management team and office staff who have also worked closely together since the companies formation.

Our reputation is not however built only around the number of houses we build but more so on the quality and attention to detail we give to any new home whether a two bedroomed starter home or luxury five bedroomed house.
