Chy Cober HAYLE

This development of traditionally built two and three bedroomed houses was completed during the summer of 2004. The site was formerly an old Slaughterhouse and has been transformed into a select development of starter homes on the outskirts of the town.

With its traditionally built Cornish Dry Stone Walling stretching along the entire main road elevation of the development and the extensive planting scheme evident throughout the site makes this development already appear established and part of the community.
The render and reconstituted stone finish to the properties coupled with a mostly brick paved road area make an attractive combination.
