The Molwin philosophy is to provide a fair proportion of affordable home for "local buyers" in need of their first home. Within every development Molwin Homes, undertakes to provide homes which "local buyers" and "key workers" can not only own outright, but can actually afford.

The Molwin Group will subsidise the price of the open market homes to enable the affordable homes to be sold at a price which truly is affordable to local buyers.

The Molwin Group will seek owners for its targeted homes that have local authority approval and prospective owners will own 100% of that home – exactly the same as any other homeowner.

There will be a covenant on the land registry at time of purchase, to say that each and every home subsidised and provided through the Molwin Group, will forever remain subsidised by that percentage.
