CHAIRMANS INTRODUCTION.
My name is Lory Cordall, I am Chairman of the Molwin Group and I am soon to retire, letting the younger generation continue the Molwin tradition of producing top quality - traditionally built, Cornish homes in West Cornwall.
I have been in the construction industry for practically the whole of my working life, most of that time running my own business. The prospect of leaving the stability of my own well-founded organisation has daunted me slightly and the question of future security for my family has been paramount in forming Molwin Estate Management.

Being of a naturally wary nature, I have decided that I would like my retirement nest-egg to remain under my control and not rely perhaps, on the prowess of a fund manager and the vagaries of somebody else’s recommendation for an investment portfolio. So, I have decided to invest for my retirement in residential property for rent and Molwin Estate Management Ltd. is going to look after it for me.
