Molwin Estate Management will provide its entire service to rent your existing housing stock or future housing investments ON A SHORT-HOLD TENANCY BASIS, other than Molwin Homes products for a fee of 10% of rental income, provided that the property in question surveys satisfactorily.

Molwin Estate Management will provide its entire service to investors in Molwin Homes properties for a fee of 8% of rental income. From local experience the best properties to rent in terms of return on capital and ease of re-renting are 2 and 3 bed houses or apartments.

Prices and rental streams vary area to area. We give here 3 typical examples. All figures are shown at Summer 2005 prices for both purchase figure, rental stream and on-costs. Examples are shown for a guide on anticipation only.
