The prime aim and concern of MEM is to give the investor a trouble free investment that remains under his/her control. Molwin Estate Management will:-

Find and maintain a high level of tenant occupancy (Guaranteeing the first 12 months).

Ensure that tenants found, are suitable for and responsible enough to hold a tenancy.

Enrol tenants under a short-hold tenancy agreement.

Be responsible for collection of rents on behalf of its clients.

Periodically monitor the condition of all properties in its care and report that condition to its clients.

Be responsible for maintaining all properties in its care in best condition. (the first 2 years of the rental of a Molwin Homes property will be maintained entirely free of charge – with the exception of maltreatment).
 

Commission Molwin Construction Ltd. to maintain all Molwin Homes Ltd properties in its care – who better to maintain a home than the contractor that built it?

Report biannually to all property owners on the capital worth of their asset, advise on planned maintenance issues and replacement opportunities.
