There is a national shortage of well maintained residential property in all sectors and in most parts of the country.

Given the past lack of encouragement for apprenticeship take-up in the UK, the building industry is at present vastly undermanned.
There is also a constant, unquenchable demand for building land in the UK – because we are a small island for our level of population.

Conclusion – there will be a burgeoning demand for good accommodation well into the foreseeable future.
